Matcha Genmaicha is a unique Japanese tea blend that combines the qualities of Genmaicha and Matcha, with earthy flavours of Genmai (Roasted brown rice) with the smooth and rich qualities of Matcha. It's a versatile tea, enjoyable for its complex flavour and aromatic appeal.
Nutty and Toasty: Genmaicha is a blend of green tea and roasted brown rice. This combination imparts a warm, nutty, and toasty flavor, reminiscent of roasted grains or popcorn.
Rich and Creamy: The addition of Matcha, a finely ground green tea powder, adds a rich and creamy texture to the tea. Matcha is known for its smoothness and contributes a velvety mouthfeel to the blend.

1. Place your Cha Haus Matcha-genmaicha tea in a teapot (about 3-5g of tea per 300ml of water).
2. Add water at temperature of 80-85°C.
3. Steep in pot for one minute before drinking. Reuse the tea soon after to make a second pot. (No need to steep the tea a second time -- just add more hot water and serve.)

1. Mix your Cha Haus Matcha-genmaicha tea and cold water in a jug ( 10g of tea makes 1 litre).
2. Leave in fridge to steep for at least an hour.
3. Drink tea same day for best flavour. (Remove tea from water to keep longer.)
