Matcha Workshop

The workshop will provide you with the necessary skills to effortlessly prepare delicious matcha.

You will gain knowledge about the rich history and cultural significance of Japanese tea, as well as the numerous health benefits of matcha, empowering you to create your own matcha lattes in the comfort of your home.

The workshop, especially the session where you can experience the process of making matcha using a traditional tea whisk and a matcha bowl, is incredibly popular.

  • FEB / Craft Your Own Matcha Bowl: Sip, Savor, and Sweeten Your Tea Experience

    Make your very own original matcha chawan tea bowl over two sessions, using the traditional ”tezukune” technique at Japanese pottery master Naoko's private studio. After your creation is fired, we'll gather again to learn how to properly use your personal chawan, including how to hold the bowl, whisk the tea, and maintain the proper posture.Cha Haus tea and Japanese confectionery will be served at all three sessions.
