Craft Your Own Matcha Bowl: Sip, Savor, and Sweeten Your Tea Experience

Make your very own original matcha chawan tea bowl over two sessions, using the traditional ”tezukune” technique at Japanese pottery master Naoko's private studio.

After your creation is fired, we'll gather again to learn how to properly use your personal chawan, including how to hold the bowl, whisk the tea, and maintain the proper posture.

Cha Haus tea and Japanese confectionery will be served at all three sessions.

Cancellation Policy: Refund Guidelines and Procedure

If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before the event date, we will provide a full refund. However, refunds cannot be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event. 

Please note that a portion of the reservation fee will be deducted as a cancellation fee. 

In case of cancellations within 48 hours of the event, instead of a refund, we will offer you one matcha tea bowl handmade by Naoko Coghlan at Kiku Potter Studio and a bag of matcha from Cha Haus.
