Cha Haus hojicha dark chocolate is handmade in Melbourne, using premium hojicha picked and roasted in the Nishio tea fields of Aichi, Japan. We've teamed a Japanese tea ambassador with an Australian chocolatier to conjure the perfect chocolate experience. Each bar of hojicha dark chocolate is made with 60% raw cacao, blended with 15% hojicha.
There are no preservatives or additives, everything is dairy and gluten free, and we've sealed each bar in an environmentally friendly compostable film, making it the ultimate guilt-free treat.
Ingredients: Organic raw cacao (60%), organic raw sugar, organic raw cacao powder, Nishio "bo" hojicha powder, Victorian pink lake salt.
